AP: A new Associated Press-GfK poll is giving President Barack Obama his lowest marks ever on how he's handling the economy. The same poll finds that an overwhelming majority of Americans now describe the nation's financial outlook as poor. If this sour outlook lasts until the November elections, frustrated voters could take it out on the party in power, which means Obama's Democrats.
