 All right so we're going to analyze the reaction to the Mueller report yesterday. A couple of housekeeping notes, tomorrow, Friday I will open our initial Mueller reaction coverage from yesterday and today's broadcast to everybody. The reason we're doing this is we want more Premium and Concierge members. And I don't think most Americans know the difference between what happens here and on the cable news and network news shows.

 So last night a lot of people came in to watch cable news. Was the coverage educational? I don't know. I mean it is your opinion. To me, I don't learn much. And when I did my analysis last night and I said the key to this whole thing was Mueller admitting he didn't investigate the Russian intrusion that led to this whole thing. The dossier. All right. All of that. Mueller goes beyond my purview and you went, what? There's no investigation if you are only going to look at one thing and not the whole Russian participation and as you know the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee paid an agency in Washington to pay a guy in England who paid Russians to come up with false and defamatory dirt on Donald Trump. They put it in a dossier and that's how the whole thing started. And Trump didn't know anything about it. Trump didn't know anything about it... Mueller did know anything about it.

 All right so if the head investigator, the special prosecutor to say I don't know what fusion G.P.S. is...it is over. The whole thing blew up. Because now anybody paying attention knows Mueller didn't really want to find out what happened, he wanted to get Trump. So when I did that analysis about two hours later, the exact same thing started. So we know people monitor this broadcast and we know that. So when I just simplified it and I did that on the Hannity radio program as well, so I can't just take credit on here. When I said look, this is the headline, then everybody started to use it. So what I want, is I want Americans to know this is here. No Spin News is here. Concierge and Premium membership is asy to obtain. That's why we're going to open it up. So tell everybody.
 

 OK. Now let's get into the reaction. So the first reaction from the President and he's got a couple of tweets. First tweet:.

 

 "Democrats lost so big. Their party is in shambles right now."

 

 That's kind of true and I'll get to that a little later on. Then President Trump tweets.

 

 "Even Michael Moore agrees that the Dems and Mueller blew it."

 

 So you empower Michael Moore, Mr. President by doing that. I would... I would've said even far left fanatics, some, anyway. Final:.

 

 "I would like to thank the Democrats who are holding this morning's hearing. Now after three hours Robert Mueller has to subject himself to shifty Schiff. An embarrassment to our country.".

 

 All right so Trump's a big winner. Impeachment gone. Russian collusion, gone. Not coming back. House goes on vacation tomorrow. Six weeks. 44 days gone. Senate next week. Gone. It's over. No matter how much the press wants to keep it going, over and done with. Trump won huge.

 

 OK. On television David Gergen, he... you know he's a left winger. He's up at the Kennedy School at Harvard, works for CNN. He's on CNN all the time. Here's what he said. Go.

 

 "I think even though the Democrats did a solid job today presenting their case. I think the likelihood of impeachment went down sharply today because the issue is not just what goes on in the Democratic caucus and what goes on in Judiciary Committee, it's what goes on the general public. And Nancy Pelosi and others like her are waiting to see if the public rallies. I don't think this would galvanize public.".

 

 To say the least. First of all, the public can't possibly understand the minutia of this and second of all they've had enough. By the way, MSNBC last night, ratings were very low. It shows you. OK. Second one. Chris Wallace on Fox News. Go.

 

 "I think this has been a disaster for the Democrats and I think it's been a disaster for the reputation of Robert Mueller. He has seemed very uncertain with his brief. He doesn't know, seem to know what things that are in the report.".

 

 That's accurate. OK. Mueller gone. You'll never see him again. Gone. That's how bad it was. Now we'll have plenty of your reaction by the way in the e-mail segment. That's coming up as well. All right. Third segment is from Ken Starr, former special counsel of where President Clinton's impeachment. Starr leans conservative and he's been around commenting on his case. Here's what he said after the hearing.

 

 "The entire process has been so unfortunate that I think to be honest, I love Bob Mueller as a human being, as a patriot. But I think he's done a grave disservice to our country in the way he conducted this investigation. Now by the way, he said time and again I don't question politics of my staff. I understand that. But you aren't blind to what your staff members are all about as human beings."

 

 OK. You know I mean Mueller knew that the core of his investigative cadre hated Trump. It's not fair, it's not right, should have never happened. All right the next sound soundbite is and I very rarely use Chris Matthews. I've known him for decades. I don't have any animus toward Matthews. He's a fanatical Democrat you know. OK but I don't care one way or the other. His show doesn't get very many viewers. But this caught my eyes. I'm going to run it. Go.

 

 "Mueller offered a stark, often emphatic summary of his findings. He pierced a gaping hole in the president's most misleading defense, Trump's false claim that the Mueller Report exonerated him."

 

 OK so that's just BILGE, bilge. All right. Mueller pierced nothing. All right. Nothing was advanced. That's the truth. And finally Rachel Maddow again I don't use her very much. Her program has suffered greatly in the ratings since Muller came out and said he's not going to indict or there's no collusion or whatever, however you want to categorize it. Here's what she said yesterday. Go.

 

 "So did Mueller look at Trump's taxes or didn't he? And shouldn't someone? Given what Mueller just said about the financial basis of Trump's compromise by Russia. I mean if you didn't think this was urgent before, it was weird right, that this is the first president to not release his tax returns.".

 

 So that's important because that shows you where MSNBC is going and CNN will follow. New York Times, Washington Post the whole crew, the whole crew. They know they lost. Maddow knows she lost. No more Mueller, no more of this. Now it is taxes. Trump's taxes. Now if you know anything about this, it is so absurd. What you think Trump's going to have on his tax return. I want to build a tower in Moscow. I mean so what? Wasn't a politician a the time. He was a real estate guy. So expect the media to go to the taxes now. This is their next theme. They have an ally in Governor Cuomo in New York, attorney general in New York. They are working with the media to try to do this. That's what's going to happen next.

 

 OK so again let's just reiterate that Robert Mueller and I said yesterday he's a patriot, I have a letter questioning that assessment. I will read it and give you my answer, is done. You are not going to see him anymore. He's not going to getting new appointments. He's through. Trump won. Schiff and Nadler, all those people lost. Democratic Party is weaker today than it was on Monday. Trump is stronger today than he was a Monday. All of that is true. OK. I mean yeah it's my opinion but I can back it up with facts. So next in September remember everybody is on vacation in August. August doesn't exist anymore in America. You'll have, I think the Horowitz report from the Justice Department, the inspector general. I suspect that James Comey is going down. That's all I can really tell you with authority. But that'll be the next thing. And that is all on the side of the Trump forces because there was corruption in the investigation. You saw it yesterday and that should be exposed. Now it's not going to be what you want. It's not gonna be what all the right wing commentators want. It's not going to be all the way down the list. Eight nine ten, not gonna be that. They don't want to destroy the FBI, they being the Justice Department, Attorney General Barr doesn't want to destroy the FBI. There will be one or two and that's what will happen. Are we clear? Everybody clear? Any questions that if you're a Concierge Member, you know kick it right over to me. I'd be happy to answer anything you want. But we have a  good mail segment today but I think we've been very concise and clear on what happened in the Mueller hearing. And we've wrapped it up and I am pretty confident what I'm telling you right now is absolutely true.

 

 So let's get on to a Gallup poll. It says right now immigration is the most pressing problem in the United States, according to the American people. Twenty seven percent feel that immigration is the most important problem facing the country. Now this helps Trump because Trump wants to build a wall. He wants to re-configure the asylum laws. He wants to a lot of that. Democrats don't want to do anything. Open border. You will see that in the debates next week.

 

 Okay and Congress, both Democrats and Republicans, they're out of here. They are not going to do anything. So Trump, excuse me, is the border warrior. This helps him. Second most pressing issue, poor leadership. Yeah you see the folks have a lot of common sense. Then race relations but it falls off big time. Health care, environment, that kind of stuff. Immigration and poor leadership, top two, by a lot.

 

 So there is a duel in federal court over asylum. The Bush Admin... the Bush administration? What is wrong with me today. The Trump administration wants to change the asylum procedures. One judge in Washington appointed by Trump, Timothy Kelly, said go ahead. You can do it. An Obama appointee in California, northern California, Ninth Circuit, John Tiger said no you can't do it. OK so now this goes to the Supreme Court. It will but it will take a while. So...and Tiger by the way is the guy that Trump called an Obama judge. That he got scolded by John Roberts and others for doing it. Tiger is a far left guy. Anything on the border. Tiger is going to say let them all in. You just got to know that. So that all get to court.

 

 Here is a very important story, the press has pretty much ignored. So the Mod Squad, Ocasio-Cortez and Omar and these people, they're gone now for a little while because of the Mueller situation. But in an interview that has just surfaced. It was done in February by Al Jazeera, the Arab channel, with Illan Omar, the congresswoman from Minnesota. Here's what she said, Omar. Go.

 

 "I would say our country should be more fearful of white men across our country because they are actually causing most of the deaths within this country. We should be profiling, monitoring and creating policies to fight the radicalization of white men."

 

 OK white men. My column next week is going to be on white men and this is the new rallying cry among the far left, the White men are bad. White men are evil. This ties into #metoo. It ties into all this, you know power structure Trump. Everything white man, got to get rid of them. You heard it. White men causing all the deaths.

 

 Okay. Penn State, no, University of Pennsylvania... Sorry I don't want to get Penn State and University of Pennsylvania mixed up. University of Pennsylvania, very liberal school, Ivy League school. Philadelphia based. All right. There's a guy Daniel Hopkins, political science professor does a big study. Study is on racism. Here's what the study showed. Study determiend that white racial prejudice against African-Americans and Hispanics has declined since Donald Trump took office. Pretty interesting. ,On average anti black prejudice dropped sharply among whites and prejudice against Hispanics also dropped in a big way. Yeah. Think you are going to hear that in the media? That study? No. Not gonna hear it.

 

 Puerto Rico. Governor Ricardo Rosello, as I advised and predicted earlier this week is resigning come August 2nd. Look, the only worthiness of this story for you who don't live in Puerto Rico. I mean I feel sorry for Puerto Rico but when Hurricane Maria whipped in there and federal government through FEMA put billions of dollars on the table to help Puerto Ricans, a lot of that money didn't get there. That's on Rosella. And then the far left demonize Trump as a racist because they said he wasn't helping Puerto Rico when he was, when we were. It is our money. Rosello booted it. Now we know that, he's out. Apologies toward Trump and all that. I'm sure they'll be coming from Rob Reiner and all these other people.

 

 Here is a terrible story. All right so Ivanka Trump gets her picture taken in Colorado. She was at a Lockheed Martin facility in Littleton, which is a suburb of Denver. So show me the picture, just a regular picture first. Put the regular picture up. OK. All right so on the left there's Ivanka Trump in her outfit with one of the officials in Littleton. So a organization on that photoshops a swastika on her shirt, which of course she didn't have and sends it out in social media. The people did this are called Scenario Lens. Right it's a fringe crazy group. But when you send something like that out on the Internet, there are enough idiots in the world, they are going to think it is true. I say there have got to be laws. So I think Scenario Lens should be charged with a felony, a federal crime for doing that. And I urge the Senate and House when they get back from vacation sometimes toward Christmas. I know I know the border has to be dealt with. I know all that stuff. But this is easy. Anybody who does something like that on social media. All right. Putting Ivanka Trump in danger. Harming her. They got to be charged with a crime. Now Trump could sue but these people don't have any money, Scenario Lens. All right. Big crime. It is a crime.

 

 Colorado State University, we reported they put out a inclusive language guide for students. It said, don't say America because the United States really isn't  America. There are a lot of other countries in the hemisphere and we diminish them by saying America. All right. Well I and many others were mocking of Colorado State. Now their president, Joyce McConnell says, even though we did this, we put it in the inclusive language guide, the press mis categorized it and practice shallow reporting, not fake news, shallow reporting. It's outdated they say. OK. I don't care what they say. Colorado State University has been embarrassed, they should be embarrassed. This inclusive nonsense, telling people what they can and can't say. Gotta go.

 

 How about this, 88 percent of Americans eat while staring at a screen. I knew this. The survey commissioned by Pretzel Crisps, I actually like Pretzel Crisps. It's conducted by an organization called OnePoll. 88 percent of Americans are zombie eaters. That's a quote, zombie eaters. So they're watching something while they're munching. The average U.S. eater will stare at their phone twice over the course of any given meal. Average U.S. eater will only have five screen free meals a week. So if you eat three meals a day, that is 21 meals. You're staring at the screen in sixteen of them.

 

 Ninety one percent of respondents reported watching TV while eating a meal or a snack. I do that. I'm guilty. Eighty three percent of respondents report their food go cold while they stare at their screens. I never did that. Eighty six percent say they forgotten to eat their meal because of staring at the screen. Look it's addiction, especially the kids. Addicted addicted addicted. I'm going to toss to a break. Then we're going have mail on Mueller. Then we are going to have a Final Thought on the damage to the Democratic Party. Roll it.

 OK. One... this is a big one. One sequence does not define an entire life. Robert Mueller, Vietnam War veteran, a combat hero. Head of the FBI for many years. I'm going to, I'm going to give the patriot thing. He booted this. I can't read his mind. I don't know whether he hated Trump, whether he was old and doddering. Didn't know, didn't care. I don't know. I'll never know. But I'm not going to take away the Patriot designation. I don't think that's fair. Everybody does bad things in thei life. Everybody has things that don't work out well. And Mueller is just going to have to live with this. This is going to define Mueller for the rest of his life. This will define him.

 I think Weissman had a lot to say. If you trace Weissman's history, he's an ardent Democrat. Should have not had that power there but I think that's accurate. Mueller was the administrator, Weissman was a facilitator. You know that's it. That's a guess but I think an educated one.

 This is my Final Thought on a very busy week and a by the way the O'Reilly Update, the daily radio, syndicated radio program now on about 180 stations across the country. Got some big announcements coming up. Huge stations taking it. We have that for you free.  So the Democratic Party is damaged. They put a lot into impeachment. They hoped they could get that going to hurt Trump in the election of 2020. It failed. Trump himself, he did some bad things. Trump never should've spoken out of school about Mueller or anything like that. But I know him and I write extensively about this in the United States of Trump, my upcoming book because he's emotional. Trump's emotional. It's emotion emotion emotion but you don't charge somebody with emotion. He didn't do anything. So the Democratic Party, that issue is gone and they look bad pursuing. The more Nadler and Schiff and these guys get out and become fanatics, the more the independents say you know what, I don't want to hear this.

 

 So next week the Democratic debates. There are only four out of 21 that are contenders at this point. You got your Joe Biden, you got your Kamala Harris, got your Elizabeth Warren, you got your Bernie Sanders. OK. So I have said this before, I don't want to be repetitive, redundant. Bernie Sanders is not going to get the nomination. It's impossible. Democratic Party doesn't want him. He's an old white guy. It's not going to happen, Bernie but Bernie is going to hang. Now he's gonna be up on Wednesday night I believe it is, no Tuesday night, Tuesday night and we'll have best coverage here. He's going to be up against Warren. It's gonna be Warren and Bernie. Warren's gonna knock him out. Warren is going to take his people, Bernie's people. Bernie is gone down but Warren needs all his people. So expect Warren to knock Bernie out or try. That's the drama on Tuesday. On Wednesday, Biden's got to hurt Harris now. Harris hurt Biden last time around on the busing thing. And Harris is laying in wait for Biden again and I suspect it'll come with the migrant deportation under Obama. That's where I think Harris is gonna go. But Biden, he got to go at her. And if he doesn't it, you're gonna get clocked. So that's the drama on the Wednesday circuit. All right.

  Democratic Party now in disarray. But it's a long time since the Iowa caucus. A lot of things can happen. Somebody asked me the other day, when is the deadline to get on the ballot? Pretty much August, next month coming up. If you're not in by August, you are gonna have a hard time getting on a lot of the ballots. You can do it, but it is not going to be easy.

 So that's my analysis as it stands now. You can always see a surge in Buttigieg or somebody very articulate but I'm not anticipating that. So you got four. Bernie is on the ropes. Warren, Harris and Biden. I think Biden is going to try to make a deal with Harris. I said that before. But we'll get it a little heavier next week.
