Palin wins legal fight against website that published book excerpts

Wall Street Journal: Gawker Media was ordered to remove an excerpt of Sarah Palin's book "America By Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag."

Last week the online media company posted numerous pages from the yet-to-be released book by the former Alaska Governor leading the book's publisher, HarperCollins, to file a lawsuit on Friday. "The publishing world is LEAKING out-of-context excerpts of my book w/out my permission? Isn't that illegal?" Palin wrote Thursday in an online post.

Despite the blog's claim of "fair use," a judge ordered the material removed on Saturday.
