Southern Political Report: An InsiderAdvantage telephone poll conducted for the Florida Times-Union shows Texas Gov. Rick Perry with a comfortable lead over former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney in the Florida Republican primary race for president. Perry polled 29 percent to Romney's 20 percent. Former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich finished third with 9 percent, which is a surge for him compared to other recent polling. Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann got 9 percent, with no other single candidate getting more than 6 percent.
