AllHeadlineNews: A conference scheduled for next month in Dallas is expected to touch on an issue creators of social media never had in mind when they developed Internet networking sites. The conference sponsored by the Dallas Police Department is designed to tell police how to use social media for outreach, but also to deal with growing instances of flash mob robberies. "We can't tolerate this stuff," Chicago Police Chief Garry McCarthy told the Chicago Sun-Times after a flash mob robbery this month. "We're not going to let it go."
