Washington Post: President Obama arrived in this blustery Irish capital Monday to begin a six-day trip through Europe, where national security matters have overtaken the global economy as the most pressing issue in the transatlantic relationship. Obama and first lady Michelle Obama emerged from Air Force One onto a wind-swept tarmac, hopping aboard helicopters for a short flight to a ceremonial welcome from President Mary McAleese, who apologized for the stormy weather.
