USA Today: President Obama interrupted his European trip this morning to address the tornadoes in the Midwest and pledge to visit Missouri on Sunday, the day after he returns. The president said he had spoken with Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon and promised "every ounce of resources the federal government may have that we can bring to bear on this situation."
