KLFY-TV: A recall petition has been filed against Gov. Bobby Jindal by a couple from Opelousas. Ronnie Ray Ceasar says he is trying to get the governor recalled because he's unhappy with budget cuts to higher education and health care. Ceasar also calls Jindal arrogant in the way he has handled the reductions. No one has ever successfully gathered enough signatures to get a recall election scheduled against a statewide official in Louisiana. A spokesman for the Secretary of State's Office says Ceasar has 180 days to gather more than 908,000 signatures for a Jindal recall election.
