It was instructive to see the Reuters news agency disown its own poll because President Trump did well in it.  In fact, most of the polling indicates his job approval rating is now close to 50 percent.
    
That, of course, drives the Trump-haters crazy and Reuters, which is supposed to be steeped in hard news,  is in that category.  So is the Associated Press.
    
Ironically, one of the reasons the President is getting a better reaction from the folks is the blatant press bias against him.  Fair-minded people well know that the media under reports the booming economy and foreign policy improvements.  People see that and feel some sympathy for Mr. Trump who is pounded every single day.
