KASA-TV: New details have recently surfaced in the federal grand jury investigation concerning former Governor Bill Richardson. In November News 13 reported that an investigation into whether Richardson's presidential campaign paid a quarter million dollars to a state employee threatening to sue him for sexual harassment.
