New York Daily News: A severed head full of bullet holes was found dangling from a bridge in Tijuana, Mexico, law enforcement officials said. The victim, believed to be a man between 25 and 30 years old, was spotted Monday, his decapitated head hanging from a nylon rope. A threatening message was found near the bridge, the Baja California state attorney's office told The Associated Press.
