The Bulletin: Consumer spending on the Super Bowl could reach an all-time high this year, according to a recent survey by the Retail Advertising and Marketing Association. An estimated 173 million people will watch the game Sunday, according to the trade organization, up from 171 million last year. This year's viewing audience is expected to be the highest in the survey's eight-year history.
