Teenage Mexican boy shot for throwing rocks

KGUN-TV: A 14-year old Mexican boy was shot and killed by Border Patrol Tuesday along the border between Juarez and El Paso. Mexico is condemning the incident, calling it a disproportionate use of force by a US agent. The boy's mother said he was in Mexico and just went the fence to look. That's when he was hit twice in the head by gunshots. The border patrol said its agents came under attack from rocks being thrown on a bridge linking the US and Mexico.
