Politico: Ten Republican senators voted in favor of GOP freshman Rand Paul's non-binding resolution opposing President Barack Obama's use of force in Libya on Tuesday - the first congressional action of disapproval since Obama launched the attack last month. The language of the failed symbolic resolution, called a sense of the Senate, was a quote from Obama when he was a senator and presidential candidate in 2007.
