Here’s the No Spin analysis of Robert Mueller’s statement today.
Russia launched a sophisticated attack on the Presidential election of 2016.
President Trump by Constitutional Law cannot be charged with a crime so Mueller did not offer an opinion about Mr. Trump allegedly obstructing justice.
Mueller suggested that Congress could take up the obstruction matter but his office has made no determination on obstruction.
Mr. Mueller praised Attorney General Barr’s handing of making the Report public.
Robert Mueller did not comment on William Barr’s decision to drop any future investigation but indicated he has no problem with Barr on the matter in general.
