Once again President Biden appeared to be irked by a question from the press regarding his administration's capabilities.

Fox's Peter Doocy ground the commander-in-chief's gears by asking if he underestimated Russia's President Vladimir Putin.

This isn't the first time Biden has been offended by a question from Doocy or other members of the press but it comes at a time when many pundits and politicians are labeling him as appearing weak.

It doesn't help his case for strength when he continues to react in a perturbed manner when a journalist asks valid questions.

And for those who ask why Biden is criticized while Donald Trump wasn't for his reactions.  Trump took questions from the press consistently and was consistently adversarial.  Two different presidents, two different situations.
