Hey Bill O'Reilly.com Premium Members and welcome to the No Spin News, Monday July 15th already, 2019. Take Your Country Back. I've got two columns posted on Bill O'Reilly dot com. The latest one I just put up there, called The Truth, The Truth and the column is about how bad parenting is crushing the United States of America. Bad parenting. The second column is one I wrote off my trip to Europe called The Plan. I got a lot of reaction to that. I hope you have read it, if not please do because his plan is for you. This is what the Democratic Party wants for you and you want to know it. I got my Boston Red Sox shirt on here. So if you're in New York Yankee fan or don't get mad at me. I know people in a lot of sports teams, friends. I went to Boston University with a guy who was in the front office of the Red Sox. He's nice enough to give me the shirt, I am going to wear it. Right? It's free. Nice shirt too. I like the Sox but I'm a New York guy so you know there we go. All right let's get serious here.
So the big story today you know, it it's Donald Trump tweeting about the four radical left congresswomen and basically Trump's now being branded a racist by all the people who hate him. That's not new. And I deal with this extensively in the United States of Trump. But there is something new in this story and I'll give you that in my Final Thought and it has to do with you. So let's run it down. So President Trump is doing this for political reasons. He believes that most Americans despise the far left and that's what the polls show. I think Ocasio Cortez's approval rating is 20 percent. And so he's trying to demonize these four women and tie them in to the Democratic Party by forcing the Democrats to defend them. That's the overall strategy. But as always the president goes over a line and then draws scrutiny to him. Does he care? No. He doesn't care. He's again doing this for political reasons. So here's what started it. Here's the tweet Quote, "Interesting to see progressive Democrat Congresswomen who originally came from countries whose governments are complete and total catastrophe. The worst most corrupt inept anywhere in the world. Now loudly and viciously telling people that the United States, the greatest most powerful nation on earth, how our government is to be run. Why don't they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested areas from which they came then come back and show us how it's done. These places need your help badly you can't leave here fast enough. I am sure Nancy Pelosi will be very happy to quickly work out travel arrangements." OK so the only one of the four that is from a foreign country is Illan Omar, the congresswoman from Minnesota. She's from Somalia. However Rashid Talib, the congressman from Michigan is a Palestinian. Of Palestinian descent, an American citizen. So is Omar. Alexander Cortez is Puerto Rican but American citizen and Ayana Pressley from Massachusetts is an African-American. So what he was saying in the Tweet but not clearly President Trump is that look your descendants or from these countries, why don't you go back and help them and stop criticizing United States.
OK so in reply it's what you would expect it to be and this is what the far left does when you criticize it. It calls you a racist or a homophobe or whatever. You know what they do. So Ocasio Cortez says quote "It's important to note the president's words telling for American congresswoman of color. Go back to your own country is hallmark language of white supremacists." There you go. Talib said quote. "Want a response to a lawless and complete failure of a president. He is the crisis. He is dangerous, his ideologies in crisis. He needs to be impeached." Illan Omar. Congresswomen from Minnesota. "President Trump is stoking white nationalism because you are angry that people like us are serving Congress fighting against your hate filled agenda. America's answer to the intolerant man is diversity, varied diversity which are a heritage of religious freedom has inspired." The African-American...Pressley. Let me get her name around here. Yeah. Ayana Pressley, quote, "the impact of the prejudice is bias and contradictions codified by our Founding Fathers." Wow. "Still felt today. Continue to struggle is a nation embrace our full history one that includes family separation of black families at auction block today migrant.... bSo all the founding fathers were white supremacists according to Mr. Pressley from Massachusetts. OK so on a racist front I'm not going to get into that. You can decide whether President Trump's a racist or not. And when I lay out all the facts in the United States of Trump. Two months away by the way. You'll have even more ammunition to make your decision. So I'm not going to... Why would I do that. But here's what Newt Gingrich said about the whole thing this morning. Go.
"Well I think the president believes that the more he can get the country to look at the so-called squad the more you get and realize how radical they are and how fundamentally anti-American their views are in the long run the better off he is. I think he would like to see them as sort of the front page of the Democratic Party and any and I think he thinks anything he does to elevate them his to his net advantage."
And that's true. That's what's going on it's a political play. To me, I wouldn't have done it that way. I would have focused on the ideology itself not the women. Because look, almost every Democratic presidential contender is embracing at least part of the far left ideology, everyone. That's where I would have kept it. Instead of getting into the racism thing.
Over the weekend ICE raided some places, we really don't know how many people are taken into custody. President Trump says a lot. Who knows. I don't know. Here's what I do know. That the people targeted, the foreign nationals targeted, all have had their cases adjudicated. They were told to turn themselves into federal authorities on March, in March to be deported. They did not. Their flight risks. Now they're in the wind. So judges, federal judges issued warrants for the detention and deportation. It's pretty simple. They didn't show up. They had their hearing. The hearings said you can't stay in the country and they fled. So ISIS after them 2000. You would think every American would say yeah. You can't do that. We got to have some kind of legal system in America regarding foreign nationals coming here. You would think every single American. No. Not even close. And the Democratic leaderships at the top. Roll the tape.
"If ICE agents don't have a warrant signed by a judge, a person may refuse to open the door and let them in. An administrative order of removal from ICE or Immigration authorities is simply not enough."
"Well I can say inequivocally that we're not participating any way shape or form whether they're ICE raids and I disagree entirely with the Trump administration's campaign of fear."
"I personally spoke with ICE leadership in Chicago and voiced my strong objection to any raids."
OK. So basically these public servants. All right. Speaker of the House, Mayor Chicago, Sheriff of L.A. County say we're not going to enforce the law. We don't care about the law. We don't care what it is. We don't like it, we're not going to obey it.
That's what we have. Now the mayor of Los Angeles, a City falling apart at the seems actually put out a video directly addressing illegal immigrants. Go.
"I want every Angelino to know their rights and how to exercise them. Remember you have the right to remain silent. You don't have to open your door to an ICE agent that doesn't have a warrant signed by a judge. You have the right to speak to a lawyer before signing any documents or speaking to law enforcement. And if you need help finding an attorney you can call 3 1 1 and learn more about our justice fund and other resources that offer legal support."
With the mayor dishonestly doesn't tell you is that these cases have already been adjudicated. There are warrants on all two thousand.
OK. Elizabeth Warren goes to this crazy Netroots conference in Washington. These are the real nuts, the loons, the American haters. Now she goes there because they like her. However, in the body of her appearance some demonstrators did this. Go.
"...Immigration is good for this country. It makes us stronger. ".
OK. If you missed it the protester says, Will you commit to the immediate legalization of 11 million undocumented immigrants in the country? Warren says, I do. All right. Atleast she was honest. She is going to legalize everybody who's here and then she's not going to stop anybody else from coming here. Elizabeth Warren.
In Aurora Colorado. A place I used to live. I lived in Aurora, that's a suburb of Denver. There was a protest outside an ICE facility where the protesters took down a U.S. flag and raised a Mexican flag. That's pretty extreme. So responding to that. See if I can find this Tweet... Nikki Haley said quote, Nikki Haley the former U.N. ambassador and governor of South Carolina. "There are no words why Democrats are staying silent on this. If this is your way to winning an election, fire your strategist. This is disgusting. Love your country and if you don't like what's happening tell members of Congress to get to work and fix it." That means you know a new immigration law. So Nikki Haley some people think that she will be V.P. that Trump will throw Pence overboard. That's not going to happen. But Nikki Haley has ambitions to be president of the United States. So she's getting into the fray. All right.
Now a very interesting story. So I'm a journalist. That's what I do and for many decades, three to be exact, I guess that's many. I was a straight reporter. OK a hard news guy. And I went all over the world and reported stories and did very well. I know journalism and I know how it's conducted so I don't expect you to know that. But there are three kinds of sources for a reporter like me. There is a primary source that somebody who sees something directly sees it. OK so if somebody commits a murder and you have a witness who saw the murder, that's a primary source. That is far and away the most powerful aource there is. There is a secondary source, that's somebody who heard something. In court they call it hearsay. Hearsay is not admissible evidence because the secondary source might have got it wrong. Or they might not understand something about it. They didn't actually see it, they weren't there. They heard about it. This is what The New York Times, Washington Post, NBC. They use anonymous sources. These are usually secondary sources. OK. And then there is basically a source who knows what happened from the person involved. So Inspector General Michael Horowitz's mom would be the third source. Somebody close to and that's what we're talking about today. The inspector general's report of the Justice Department on the investigation into Russian collusion and Hillary Clinton email. I think most Americans are frustrated this report isn't coming out. Remember it was gonna come out in March, then April. Now it's mid-July. Nobody knows where it is, what's happening. In fact members of Justice Department went over to London. When President Trump was over there. They interviewed Christopher Steele. He's the guy who put together this phony dossier. So it goes on and on and on and on. And nobody really knows what, what's happening now. The attorney general the United States, who does but he won't say has appointed a guy named John Durham U.S. attorney in Connecticut to oversee. To oversee the beginnings of this Investigation into Russian collusion. Which tells me that inspector general Horowitz isn't getting into that. Why would you need two people doing it? All right. So a secondary source, high level and the federal government told me, face to face, that the inspector general of the Justice Department will issue a report that says the FBI investigators, thats Peter Struck, Lisa Page, McCabe, Comey. They alll despise Donald Trump personally but they did not allow that loathing to influence their investigation. That is the conclusion according to this person of the inspector general's report. Now I don't know whether that's true because I know this person did not see the report. This person is not in the Justice Department. This person heard, it's hearsay but I felt that this is so important to you and to me into the country that I I have to bring it to your intention. You know I don't use anonymous sources. I never do that. I can't vouch whether that's true or not. I don't know. In my book on Trump, there are no anonymous sources. Not one. Everyone is on the record or I didn't use them. OK.
Let's bring in Brett Tolman who is close to the Justice Department. Used to be U.S. attorney in the state of Utah. Brett it's just opened a new business called The Tolman group PLLC. Very impressive with the initials. I know he's going to focus on public policy and government reform. Advising I guess politicians and people in corporations in the in the way to present themselves in the public arena. Is that correct?
"That's right. You know my wife doesn't want me to be a politician so I guess this is the best way I have to try to influence policy in this country."
What is PLLC stand for?
"That's a professional limited liability company.".
Wow that's very impressive. No idea what that is but it sounds great. Would you get me a t shirt? It says Tolman Group PLLC. I want to...I want to frighten my friends. Okay so you heard what I was told. Have you, number one been told anything and I we will deal with speculation here if we have to. And what do you think about what I was told?
"It's not inconsistent with what I've heard. I have heard that they were attempting to get the report out in June. That some of the actions by the attorney general in getting the additional investigation into the intelligence community spurred additional inquiries by Horowitz. Don't know why that occurred but it did and there seems to be a little bit of overlap. Having looked you know looked into the FISA court issue, the Steele dossier et cetera but I am under no...It's not a surprise to me I guess I can say that Horowitz probably backed up and wanted to take a look at now there may be another set of eyes that are going to be looking at what happened with the Steele dossier."
OK. I don't think we really can add much to the much to the situation right now. Nobody knows when it's gonna be released. It's a source of great frustration this country but this is the way it is. Now on the federal level. You have Mueller who's supposed to testify this week. Now going to testify next week. This is interesting because right after he testifies, Congress goes on a break until 2025 I think. They are just gone, the rest of the summer they're out. Gone. By. So whatever Mueller does they can't do anything about it because they're gone. That's right. Do you think that was our purpose?
"I do. I do. You know my four years in the Senate when we had tough hearings, we brought in John Ashcroft. We had the Patriot Act hearings. We love to do it right before a break. Because we got to control the narrative. And we we didn't have much you know follow up and we could we can put out what we wanted. I think the Democrats are playing games and they have shown that that's what that's the case. But I think they want to be able to control that narrative going forward."
All right. So your basically going to have Mueller, I don't think Mueller is going to throw any bombs. He's not the type of guy to do that. He's going to say as I said in a report one hundred and fifty times, maybe they'll get a little bit of disparagement out of him. Maybe but then it just kind of evaporates. Yeah the Democrats can run around but United States is like France now August. Everybody's gone. Everybody's gone. Nowhere and you oh... I am going to be working until, except for the last week. But boom, you know it's everybody's on holiday as they say in Great Britain. So I'm not expecting anything from Mueller. I don't think you're expecting anything from him. We're going to tap you by the way when he testifies.
"Yes.".
But. But I'm really not expecting anything out of that.
"I'll tell you I've spoken to several members of Congress that will be in the hearing personally. And I'll tell you that these are conservative friends several of them are former U.S. attorneys that were friends of mine. One is a member that I worked with back in the Senate when he was just a staffer who's now a member of Congress. Their focus, they want to get out, when did he know there was no Russian collusion. They want that to be there...".
But you're going to have...You're going to have dueling this and Mueller can easily, you know Mueller's pretty smart. He can easily side step that. He knows what's coming. He goes we have to follow the evidence wherever the evidence leads up.... All right Brett thanks a lot. The Tolman group PLLC. So you want great advice on anything get in touch with Brett. All right. OK. So the three news organizations that branded Trump a racist initially today were the New York Times, its what they do. All right. The Associated Press, no surprise the Associated Press loathes Trump and CNN. Which is on television the biggest trump hater of all the networks. It's amazing that they are... they hate Trump more than MSNBC. It really is. So I went to my ratings source and I get the cable TV ratings every day. And Friday night, Fridays are historically the lowest rated night because people are out having fun. But these numbers for CNN are frightening. MSNBC and Fox News did poorly as well but not nearly this. 8PM. I think that's Anderson Cooper. Seven hundred and fifty thousand viewers. Remember there are three hundred and twenty five million people in this country. Seven hundred and fifty thousand viewers. In the group 25 to 54. Which is what advertisers want or at least used to. One hundred and sixty seven thousand people watched CNN. Nine o'clock. I think that's Cuomo. Eight hundred and forty two thousand. Hundred and eighty eight in twenty five to 54. 10:00. I think that's Lemon. Seven hundred and twenty eight thousand. Two hundred one in the demo. Now these numbers I've never seen before in prime time. So what's happened is that even the ardent left, the hate Trump Cordray is bored with CNN. They're bored with it. So they're gone. And because CNN has been so hateful, across the board every single person they have on air. Conservative Americans are Trump supporters. Sixty three million voted for him. Never again. Like Never Trump never CNN. AT&T recently acquired CNN. I predict within a few months all management at CNN is gone. They can't live with it, these kinds of ratings. It is an absolute disintegration.
OK final story and we'll get into a message of the day and some mail. College Pulse is an organization that sends letters to college students asking them questions. So ten thousand five hundred ninety letters went out to college students all across country asking about socialism. Thirty nine percent of college students in America like socialism. Thirty nine percent do not. As far as majors philosophy majors 78 percent love socialism. Anthropology majors 64 like it. English, international relations 58 percent like it. Humanities 51. Science people 35. Accounting only 20 percent like socialism. That would put them out of business. Gender? Fifty three percent of men don't like socialism on college campuses. 33 percent of women don't like it. So that means ladies in college, they like socialism. Thought you would like to know that. OK. Not only that. The New York Post today called for the resignation of Mayor de Blasio. Let's put up the headline. OK so the Post wants de Blasio out and if he doesn't quit, he wants Cuomo to replace him. So I researched it. 2013, about 13 percent of voters registered in New York City voted. In 2017 when de Blasio was re-elected, 17 percent. Nobody voted. Why? Well in New York City and other places it is hard to reach people about local elections. Hard. Even in a mayoral election. And people in New York City say the Democratic machine controls everything, which they do. Republicans don't have a chance and so why bother? So 13 percent got him elected, 17 percent reelected and now he's screwed up the city beyond belief. New York City is so screwed up and you know who's suffering the most? Not me. I can ride in and out of there. I don't have to hang around. People in the projects. The poor people. People riding the subways. They're abused every day because of this incompetent jerk. He's not going to quit by the way. Fred on the message board.

All right Final Thought of the Day. As I mentioned, the far left Trump haters are now saying if you like President Trump, approve of his policies. If you voted for him or may vote for him again, you're racist. You hate blacks, people of color, you hate Hispanics you hate hate hate hate hate. Now that in itself is hate. All right. That in itself is rank hatred, to accuse your fellow citizen just because you disagree with his or her politics of being a racist is hatred. Note who is doing that. Write a list down. Send it to me because sometimes I miss stuff. I read The Hollywood Reporter today, usual suspects. Usual suspects all, were so noble, were so good, we're so virtuous. Trump's a racist. All this business. As I said Morgan Freeman surprise me. But what are you going to do? But keep a list. And when you see it. Let me know because that's real hatred. All Americans should respect their fellow citizens if the fellow citizens belief system is sincere. Might be misguided in your opinion but if it's sincere, you got to respect it. That's our system.
