It simply amazes me that so many Americans, especially younger ones, want to turn over their well being to the government.  That’s what this “Green New Deal” is all about - empowering the feds and states to impose “environmental” regulations that would severely curtail individual freedom.

 

Do you really want the government telling you what to eat?  What doctor you can go to?  What kind of cars and appliances you can have?

 

Would it be a smart thing to depend on a heartless bureaucracy for your well being?  There are 330 million Americans, think the government can “provide” for them?

 

Before you answer, take a trip to China or Russia and see how the “provision” has gone.
