At the Islander hockey game Thursday night, I was besieged by fans wanting to know how things will play out in America and Ukraine. Folks are worried about war and rampaging inflation. They don't believe what they are hearing on television.

I can't reassure anyone about Presidents Biden and Putin. Biden is weak; Putin is evil. Both circumstances will not change.

But like Covid, Putin's terror strike will subside. But before it does, thousands of innocents will die.  

I told the people who asked my opinion to stay strong. We'll get through this. And I really believe that. Putin will lose, but I don't know when. Biden and his Democrat allies will be defeated in November. That will render the President almost powerless for his final two years.

Life goes in cycles, and the world is in a bad one right now. But the strong really do survive. You'll see.
