Dear District Attorney Howard:
I am writing to express my outrage concerning the decision to offer a plea bargain to Carisa Ashe. Asking a woman who murdered her baby to undergo a tubal ligation instead of trying her for murder is wrong, and sets a poor precedent for similar cases that may arise in the future.I am extremely disappointed with the Fulton County District Attorney's Office, and hope that you very seriously reconsider this decision.
