Our American Patriot baseball cap is a 100% cotton, Made In the USA, pro-style mid crown profile, structured baseball cap with six panels, reinforced eyelets, and a cloth covered Velcro closure that allows for greater comfort and personal sizing.
Structured caps are traditional baseball caps. The front two panels of the cap (the crown) are reinforced on the inside with mesh (buckram) which causes the panels to sit high on the forehead giving the hat a high profile. Professional baseball teams wear structured hats as part of their uniform and the team logo can easily be viewed.
Unstructured ball caps are a newer style. With unstructured caps the crown is not reinforced with buckram and thus the hat sits low on the forehead giving it a much more natural/closer fit on the head. This style hat is very popular with college students. If someone looks like they were born with the cap on then they are wearing an unstructured cap. | I purcased this cap for my 78 yr old dad who is a retired navy veteran. The hat is very well made and the stitching is of quality stitching. The price is very fair and will give anyone who is patriotic a smile on their face and a proudness in their heart. |
