NEW YORK, NY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2012 - With the presidential election in full swing, two of America's most influential media personalities, Bill O'Reilly (The O'Reilly Factor) and Jon Stewart (The Daily Show with Jon Stewart), will go toe-to-toe in a special 90 minute debate dubbed "The Rumble in The Air-Conditioned Auditorium." Democrats, Republicans, and Independents from around the country, and the world, will have the chance to gather around their computer screens, tablets, iPads, or mobile devices and watch the two popular cable television hosts go head-to-head on array of topics related to the state of our union and... the world.

"I'm excited to debate Mr. O'Reilly," said Stewart. "I believe this will be a very enjoyable night for fans of our programs, political junkies, partisans and people who just enjoy yelling."

"I had no idea my agent signed me up for this," O'Reilly said. "How can I get out of it?"
