A Political Prosecution

It looks like a “political prosecution” and therefore could be another example of the American justice system corrupted. I am talking about tax violation charges against a Trump Organization financial guy lodged by New York State.

Usually, these things are worked out between a state and a corporation as there are literally hundreds of thousands of cases, and taking them to juries would collapse the system.

But New York State Attorney General Letitia James and Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance have been searching for ways to punish Donald Trump for years. Both James and Vance are far-left individuals who openly despise the 45th president.

This is ultra-disturbing. Prosecutorial power is enormous in a one-party state like New York. If law enforcement wants to “get” someone, it can. The jury is the last line of defense but it costs an enormous amount of money to defend these cases and even if found not guilty, reputations are destroyed.

I don’t know if the Trump Organization violated tax law. I do know hatred is an element in this case.

We’ll look at the situation tonight on the No Spin News. See you beginning at six eastern.
