Both major parties have nominated some whackos and weirdos over the decades, but this year’s crop of Democrats is a modern version of the New York Yankees’ 1927 ‘Murderers Row.’  Because you can’t tell the players without a scorecard, we hereby give you a rundown of some of the Democrats’ finest.

Darializa Avila Chevalier will almost certainly represent New York in the 120th Congress. Her calls to abolish the police and prisons are bad enough, but far worse was her assertion that she would gladly use the American flag instead of a napkin to wipe her hands.  Imagine this America-loathing woman walking alongside patriots and veterans in the halls of the House.  Will they be able to greet her or even look her in the eye?

Francesca Hong, who may be the Democrats’ nominee to run for governor in Wisconsin, is so radical that even Bernie Sanders won’t lend his endorsement. The Korean-American has ridiculed ‘whiteness’ and once urged the cancellation of Thanksgiving.  Despite strong backing from some far-left Democrats, Hong is not likely to reside in the state house and will probably be spending her favorite holiday at home.

Abdul El-Sayed, of course, is Michigan Democrats’ choice to run for the Senate.  He is highly educated and a truly gifted orator, but beneath the slick veneer lie some odious priorities.  His BFF of late has been Hasan Piker, who infamously claimed that America deserved to be attacked on 9/11.  El-Sayed has been reliably opposed to Israel, cops, and ICE, and would be among the most radical Senators ever elected. But the Democratic establishment that he loathes, including Chuck Schumer, has already lined up behind him. As always, power trumps principle!

Claire Valdez is expected to join Darializa Avila Chevalier in New York's Congressional delegation.  She is in lockstep with most radical proposals, but has gone even farther by once proposing to nationalize the airline industry.  After all, who wouldn’t feel safer in a 757 piloted by a government employee?

Melat Kiros is running for Congress in Colorado.  She implied that 9/11 was America’s fault and takes Jew-baiting to a new level.  When a Muslim man firebombed an anti-Hamas rally in Boulder, the 29-year-old perpetual student refused to call it an act of antisemitism.  ‘I don’t know what was in the heart of the perpetrator,’ she explained.

Troy Jackson, called in to pinch hit for disgraced candidate Graham Platner in Maine, has a couple of kids with his second cousin.  It’s not illegal, just a tad unusual.

In addition to that motley crew, the Democratic Party has a deep bench of odd candidates, including Texas Senate hopeful James Talarico and a woman who presided over a satanic wedding.  While some of these ultra-radical Democrats are shoo-ins to win their very blue districts, others – speaking of satanic – will certainly go down in flames.  The looming question now is what brand of Democratic Party will emerge from the ashes.  Will the loony left continue to rise, or will the shrinking sane faction find a way to prevail? November may turn out to be the cruelest month for the world’s oldest political party.
