During his Thursday press conference in which President Biden aimed to prove he wasn't senile, the curmudgeonly Commander-in-Chief mixed up Mexico with Egypt.
 
This brain slip immediately countered his defense.
 
But it also could answer a few questions, like his lack of effort on the southern border.
 
Think about it: why worry about cartels when they're on the other side of the world?
 
It could be an honest mistake.  Everyone knows that Egypt is the Mexico of Africa.
