Bill joins Glenn Beck with his distinctive take on President Biden's speech to Congress and the nation.  In describing the speech, Bill's word of the day is 'fantastical.'  As in, the president's proposals are a lengthy laundry list of left-wing fantasies.  The spending is so outrageous, so astronomical, that Bill has dubbed the president with a new nickname based on a comic book character.  It's harsh, but fair!
