So, there's actor Robert DeNiro on Colbert's late-night propaganda program saying President Biden is doing a good job. My question: how is that possible? By every measure, Mr. Biden is in trouble as Americans realize things are not going well in this country.

But DeNiro dissents.

Is he dumb? No, he's not.

Is he lying? No, he believes Biden is governing effectively because being an ardent liberal - that's what old Bob wants to believe.

Remember Saddam Hussein's mouthpiece, Baghdad Bob? Now we have Hollywood Bob.

Mr. DeNiro doesn't have to worry about rising gas and food prices because he's rich.

He hates Donald Trump ... who managed the economy well ... so much that he'd never admit his vote for Biden was foolish.

So, Bob DeNiro lives in a false world, and he's not alone.  

However, most working Americans can not afford to live in a false world. They have to pay bills. They don't have the luxury of affluence that Bobby DeNiro has.

In the real world, President Biden's administration is delivering a heavy dose of pain to most voters - people who don't much care what DeNiro or Colbert believe.

And those voters will, in turn, deliver a heavy dose of pain to the democrats in November.

Wait and see.
