Media Distrust

Here's why the vast majority of Americans distrust the national media. On Sunday, Jonathan Karl of ABC News went on a lengthy diatribe about how the USA will be damaged, perhaps forever, if voters put Donald Trump back into the White House. It was the usual, Trump continues to peddle a phony assessment of the 2020 vote and encouraged the riot on January 6.

Okay, Karl is entitled to his analysis as Disney is paying him handsomely for it. But we've all heard Karl's opinion in some form every day for three and a half years. Doesn't the guy have anything else?

Doesn't seem like it.

Mr. Karl, a graduate of ultra-liberal Vassar College, is making big money off Trump hatred.  His last book was an all-out attack on the former President and Karl's loathing guarantees him job security at ABC News.

Just curious but I can't find any Jon Karl analysis of Mark Zuckerberg pumping hundreds of millions of unexplained money into a few crucial voting districts in 2020. Is Jon aware? Disinterested? Frightened to engage?

I don't know.

What I do know is that Donald Trump believes there was election fraud and he's not going to stop with that even if it hurts him, which it does.

As far as January 6, the Justice Department has not charged Trump with conspiracy and there is plenty of evidence that he did not want violence or lawbreaking.

Would Jonathan Karl at least admit that?  Probably not as it ruins his narrative.

Then we move ahead to a comparison of governance between Biden and Trump. Each of us is entitled to make our own determination here.  But it's not even close if you fact-find on inflation, illegal immigration, civil disorder, and overseas chaos.

Maybe Karl will do a fair analysis of that.

You think?

See you this evening for the No Spin News.
