Thought a lot about John McCain’s funeral and here are my observations.

The McCain family loathes President Trump and Meghan McCain’s eulogy incorporated that sentiment.  She was emotional in remembering her father so we should all respect her thoughts even if we disagree.

George W. Bush also is not a fan of Trump’s but his remarks had no malice.

Barack Obama gave the most political address.  A brilliant orator, the former President can be disingenuous.  His assessment that the American press is “independent” is astonishing.  Mr. Obama basically received lap dog coverage and STILL had no use for the scribes.  If he ever tasted what Donald Trump has been served, it would have been quite the spectacle.

Rest In Peace, John McCain.  A patriot.
