Hey BillOReilly.com Premium Members, welcome to the No Spin News from south Florida this week. And we're having a good time down here. This is Tuesday, January 23rd, 2018. Take your country back.

Now, if you didn't see my analysis on immigration and the government shutdown yesterday, we've broken it out on this site and you can just watch it. I think it's really worth watching because it sets up not only the immigration battle that's going to come, but exactly who's looking out for you in this country. And there are some very interesting statistics. It's all fact based. So, if you missed it yesterday, you might want to check that out.

Now, I'm going to lead today with this story that I predict is going to be enormous. It's being suppressed by the national media now. But I don't know how much longer that situation can hold. You have a problem, a big problem, within the FBI. All right. This is the premier investigative agency in the country. It seems, based upon facts, that the FBI did not do an honest investigation in the Hillary Clinton e-mail fracas nor did they start out in the Robert Mueller Russian collusion probe in a way that was designed to be fair. Those are two statements that we can back up with facts. But there's more.

There is a scandal brewing. As we reported yesterday, there were two FBI agents involved in both the Clinton e-mails and the Russian probe. Peter Strzok, a very high-ranking FBI agent, access to Comey all day long, and his mistress, Lisa Page, an attorney working for the FBI. Again, they were both involved in two investigations: Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. So after the Clinton thing was through, they moved over to Mueller's staff. Now, Mueller subsequently fired them. But here's the scandal, and it's a simple scandal. All right. There were 50,000 texts between Peter Strzok and his mistress FBI agent. Fifty thousand. Five months of those texts are missing. They're the key texts in the time that the Trump investigation, Russia investigation, was launched. Now they're missing.

OK, so you have a situation where Peter Strzok and Ms. Paige were texting their little brains out back and forth between December 14th, 2016 and May 17th, 2017. They're gone. The texts are gone. Now, the FBI says technical issues with their retention software prevented the bureau from capturing messages sent between the two employees, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. Technical issues. How convenient. In the key months of the Russia probe.

So, Attorney General. OK. The Attorney General, Sessions, is now investigating these missing texts to see if they can be suddenly and magically found, which they can be. You know, the texts, even if they're erased and all of that, the texts are somewhere.

The inspector general of the Department of Justice, all right, is also investigating the FBI in this. All right. Now, that report should come out pretty soon. Got to be scathing. So here's who is in trouble. Former FBI Director Comey, Strzok is already toast, Lisa Page, already toast. Rod Rosenstein, perhaps. All right. Andrew McCabe, second in the FBI to Comey. These are people that could be prosecuted. That could happen because you just don't lose five months of texts.

In addition, apparently, one of the texts between Strzok and Lisa Page mentioned a secret society within the FBI that after Trump was elected, this quote "secret society" was going to meet. Now, this is according to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy. You know him. The guy with the hair that used to stand up and now it doesn't. All right. This is what he says. So the House Oversight Committee has put together a report about all of this nefarious stuff and it's going to be released so that you, me, everybody else, all Americans, and people around the world can see it.

This is a major situation for the FBI. All right. So, I don't want to get ahead of myself. This isn't CNN or MSNBC or even Fox News. We don't speculate. You got the facts. But here's some speculation based on those facts that I have to give you. The Mueller investigation into alleged Russian collusion with the Trump campaign is finished. It's over. No matter what he says, who's going to believe it? You can't have a situation like this where two acting FBI agents assigned to Mueller's committee of investigators have five months of texts missing. Mueller knows it. Now, he can say Paul Manafort, who was Trump's campaign manager at one time, short time, he could say he was laundering money, which will probably happen. That doesn't have anything to do with Russian collusion. The other guy, Papadopoulos, he's pled guilty to lying to the FBI. But those beefs, to the American public, are eh. You know, it shouldn't have happened, but do they affect the president of the United States?

So, no matter what Mueller comes up with now - and that may not be fair - Mueller maybe have found something, I don't know. Sessions himself was grilled by Mueller, I guess, this week for hours. The attorney general was interviewed by the special prosecutor over Russian collusion. But even if Mueller says, "hey, there was," are you going to believe it? All right. Millions of Americans are going to go, eh. It will be a partisan thing. The people that hate Trump will believe it and the people who like Trump won't. How good is that? This is one big mess, ok.

And the mainstream media will not report it accurately or fairly. We will. So again, you're a Premium Member as you're watching this. We need you to spread the word. Ok, this is a big story. We're going to report it honestly. If there is information that says the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians, I'll report it. Ok, I'm going to look at it, if I think it's true, I'm going to report it. But again, the FBI, major trouble, and that's a shame because that's the big investigative agency that we rely on to protect us, to get the bad guys. And these two individuals, Strzok and Page, this is a disgrace. It's disgraceful. And Comey, come on.

All right, now, we have an open government until February 2nd. I think it's second, February 2nd, but now they have to try to figure out how to get the Dreamers squared away.

So here are the facts again. There are about 800,000 dreamers. Who are the dreamers? These are people who were brought here by their parents. And there's a whole list of things. This is what you have to be to be a dreamer. You've got to be under the age of 31 as of June 15th, 2012, when the Dreamer Act was passed. You had to come to the United States before reaching your 16th birthday. You have to continuously reside here, can't have gone back to your home country. I guess you can for vacation but you couldn't live there. All right. You're physically present in the USA on June 15th, 2012 when the act passed. You're currently in school, have graduated, obtained a certificate of completion from high school, have attained a GED, or are a honorably discharged vet of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the USA, and you haven't been convicted of a felony or any meaningful significant misdemeanor. If you're in that category, you're a dreamer.

So, what are we going to do with these people? The vast majority, and I'll get to this in a moment, of Americans want some pathway for them to stay here. All right. It's like 80 percent of Americans say, OK, it's not their fault they were dragged here, we've got to give them a break.

Trump, I think President Trump is sympathetic to these people and he says, all right, we'll do it, but you have to give us border security, that means a wall, because right now we're seeing a huge, as we reported yesterday, influx of people who want to get in here to take advantage of the Dreamer Act should it pass, and it will. So there's a flood of people trying to get through the southern border. So Trump says, we have to stop that, got to get the wall, increase security, Congress has got to fund it. That's the trade. Quid pro quo. Latin. This for that.

Now, Democrats don't want the wall because they don't want border security. They want an open border. They want everybody to come in because that strengthens the Democratic party. But I think some kind of compromise will be reached. All right. So that's where we are on that.

Some interesting info about the dreamers from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service Federal Agency. About 2,100 dreamers have had their status revoked since 2013 for criminal convictions or gang activity. All right. Five hundred of those people are at large. They're gone, in the wind. Another 562 have been deported. 90 are in custody. But 500 are gone. All right. And so ICE is...it's the usual federal government. But 2,100 dreamers, that's not a lot out of 800,000, have been told that they don't qualify.

All right, here's a poll from Harvard and Harris. This is 980 registered voters. And this is a good indicator of the poll. I don't know much about this poll even though I graduated from the Kennedy School at Harvard. This is recent that they polled up with Harris. So they said: Do you approve or disapprove of the job Donald Trump is doing as president? Strongly or somewhat approve, 44 percent, that's a high number. All right, so this doesn't mean this is a crazy poll. 56 percent disapprove. You know, to me that looks like an accurate number.

Do you approve or disapprove of the job President Trump's doing on immigration? 44 percent, same number as job, yes, I approve. 56, same number as disapprove, no, I don't. So it looks like this poll is logical.

Do you think children who are brought into this country illegally by their parents should be given work permits or denied work permits? Given work permits, 78 percent. And that crosses all ideological lines. Deny, 22 percent.

Do you think children who were brought here illegally by their parents should be given a pathway to U.S. citizenship? Given a pathway, 77 percent. Not entitled to it, 23 percent.

Do you think border security is adequate or inadequate? Adequate, 39 percent. Inadequate, 61 percent. Interesting.

Do you think we should have open borders? 21 percent want open borders. That's the far left. That's George Soros, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, that's what they are. Secure borders, 79 percent. Overwhelming.

Do you support or oppose building a combination of physical and electronic barriers? That's the wall. Support, 54 percent in this poll support the wall. Oppose, 46.

So, that looks like an honest poll to me. I've always thought the majority of Americans don't oppose the wall. Why would you? If it's going to help stop narcotics and people smuggling, why would you oppose? For what reason?

As we told you yesterday, 25,000 people were murdered in Mexico, mostly by drug cartels. I put the number at 40,000 because the Mexican authorities fudge it and the people who disappear are not counted among those murdered. I mean, it is anarchy down there. We don't want to have a barrier? All right.

Donald Trump heading out to Switzerland, Davos. I tweeted about it using Holly the corgi. If you're not on the tweet band, you've got to get there @billoreilly. You'll you'll enjoy it.

Anyway, the real Donald Trump tweeted today about the government shutdown controversy: "A big win for Republicans as Democrats cave on the shutdown. Now I want a big win for everyone including Republicans, Democrats, and DACA, but especially for our great military and border security. Should be able to get there. See you at the negotiating table."

OK. But before that, he's going to Switzerland. And the president is currently scheduled to make a speech on Friday and OK. So he's going to say that his economic policies are working here and they should be embraced by the whole world. America wants fair deals and that's what he's going to say.

So it's my job to tell you what he's going to say so you don't have to watch it. Let's bring in John Gizzi, Newsmax's chief political columnist and White House correspondent from Washington. He's getting ready for the presidential briefing today.

((Interview with John Gizzi))

Now, Super Bowl coming up. Patriots against the Eagles. Patriots favored by about six. Next week, I'll do a little bit more. But the National Football League has again embarrassed itself. I mean, I don't really know what's going on with these people because they're just alienating so many fellow Americans. There's an organization called AMvets, American veterans, OK. And they don't like this kneeling down during the national anthem and disrespect for the flag. So they wanted to take out an ad. All right. And the ad is very simple. Two words. Please Stand. And they wanted the ad to be run in the Super Bowl. Now, they don't have a lot of money, so it was like maybe a 10 second play. They wanted 10 seconds of time. So the National Football League turns them down.

Because the National Football League says, quote, "It's never been a place for advertising that could be considered by some as a political statement." It's a request, not a statement. Please stand. And here's the kicker. The National Hockey League and the National Basketball Association have accepted the ad for their All-Star Games. But the NFL will not. I'm telling you, there is something radically wrong in NFL headquarters. So you're not going to see that ad at the Super Bowl.

Oscars. Nobody cares. When I was a kid, this was a big deal. All right. Big deal. You had Johnny Carson, you had Bob Hope, these were emcees, Billy Crystal, you know, people watched and people cared about what the best movie was. Nobody cares anymore. Now, if you're going to watch the Oscar telecast, you're going to be subjected to three and a half hours of Trump bashing, conservative bashing, grandstanding, political gibberish. All right. So most people aren't going to watch. So I'm going to tell you who's going to win now so you don't have to watch.

All right, the best picture of the year is going to be Three Billboards in Ebbing, Missouri, a very anti-American film and that's why it's going to win. Because it makes America look bad. Any foreign country or foreigners watching that movie go, oh, I don't want to live in America. OK. Frances McDormand, who plays the lead in the Three Billboards, will win the Best Actress. She's really good and always has been. Now, she's already won for Fargo. And I think she gets a second shot here. Gary Oldman, playing Winston Churchill, win best actor. Nobody even close. Gary was excellent in the film. Not a lot people saw the film because it's a little slow, but he's going to win. Allison Janney, primarily a television actor, is going to win the Best Supporting Actress for I, Tonya, the Tonya Harding movie that makes Tonya Harding look kind of sympathetic. I saw the movie, I'm going, Tonya is one tough lady. All right, she's not like Margot Robbie. But anyway, Allison Janney's performance was off the chart. So she's going to win that.

And then Best Supporting Actor, I don't know. Denzel Washington's up. Maybe. No, no. I think he's up for best actor, Denzel. I'm going to have to look at the Best Supporting Actor. I don't know yet. But anyway, you got four out of the top five, saving you time. You don't have to watch.

The mail. Bob. Kansas City, Missouri.

"Bill, what is the difference between dreamers and DACA? If the dreamers or DACA are allowed to stay permanently, what about their parents who brought them here? Do they get permanent residence status?"

They would by chain migration. So you know, that's an excellent question. But there's no difference between dreamers and DACA people. DACA stands for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. That's the acronym. There's no difference. But it's a good question and that'll have to be sorted out. But remember, these are adults now. But their parents, I don't think they're going to be sending them back. But I could be wrong.

John. Glenview, Illinois.

"Bill, I listen to the podcast." This is Monday's edition. "I was really worried about our country. I feel helpless because I can't do anything about what the far left wants to do to this great country. When will people wake up?"

I don't know, John. I'm a little worried myself. The only thing you can do, you say you can't do anything but you can. Just spread the word about this broadcast. Because we're basically rising and this is the wave of the future. You know, one on one communication, me to you, telling you the truth. But we've got to get the word out. Marketing is hard in America. Everybody's got their headphones on, they are in the computers, they got the little machines, and all that. So that's what you can do.

Michael Riley. Columbus, Indiana.

"With all the analysis of the Mueller investigation and the Russian collusion by the Trump campaign, has anyone stopped to ask one simple question: Why would the Russians not want Hillary Clinton as president because she would have done the same kind of weak foreign policy that President Obama did?"

I analyzed that in the beginning of this and the only conclusion I arrived at, Michael, was that Putin's got a personal beef against Hillary Clinton. For some reason, he despises her. Because you're right. I mean, under President Obama, Russia did pretty much what they want. Trump's not been tough on Russia but he's tougher than Barack Obama. But I think it's a personal thing.

Jim Mac Millan. Chandler, Arizona.

"Do you think there's a percentage of voting Democrats that if the economy continues to do well would vote for Trump in 2020?"

Sure, there's some, but it's mainly an independent play. So Republicans are gonna support Trump unless there's more craziness. But Democrats won't. Maybe a sliver of 10 to 12 percent might if their circumstances are much improved. But it's an independent, that's where the election will be won or lost.

Judy Schwartz. Wellington, Florida, close by to where I am right now.

"Bill, got Roku for Christmas and hooked it up. Watching you on TV, you look great." Well thank you, Judy. I appreciate that. A lot of plastic surgery here. Jane Fonda and I have the same Dr....in jest. "I have a question about Hollywood. How come they don't realize when they insult Donald Trump they insult half of the country?"

They don't care. It's all about getting jobs. So the big shots in Hollywood, most of them are very left wing individuals and they hire left wing individuals. So the actors and actresses, even if they don't have any real belief systems or know anything, they become left wing individuals so they can get jobs. That's what it is.

Donald Keen. Dyer, Indiana.

"Bill, what would the world do without Donald J. Trump. There would be a lot of unemployed reporters and zero viewers on cable news."

You hit it, Donald. If President Trump disappears tomorrow in an avalanche in Davos, cable news collapses. Because now the audience is coming for one thing and one thing only. If you are a pro-Trump American, you watch Fox News. If you despise Donald Trump, you watch MSNBC or CNN. More watch MSNBC because CNN is really boring. All right, not to say MSNBC is exciting, but it's not as boring as CNN. So when I worked at cable news, there was a big, big plate of people who came in. A lot of people would not confirm to ideology, that's gone. So, if Donald Trump leaves the stage for whatever reason, the cable news industry is in a lot of trouble.

Ann McCabe. Vero Beach, Florida.

"Welcome the Florida. Love the new opening." Thank you, Ann, worked hard on it. "Another great podcast on Monday. Scary what's happened to our country. It seems to continue the downward path no matter what the people want."

You know, I am worried now. I am, Ann. You know, all I can say is that... get the information, spread the word about this podcast, and we'll do what we have to do as far as giving you the right information. When I say right information, the information based on facts. Again, I'm going to remind you, if you did not see my analysis about government shutdown and immigration last night, we have broken it out. And you should watch that.

Finally, Cynthia Macauley in Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania.

"Bill, you're better than ever. Your demeanor seems more relaxed, the show is great. Congratulations for turning a really bad experience into a better situation. One door must clos for another to open. Thanks for your insight into current issues."

Look. Things happen for a reason, I'm not really sure about the big picture going forward here, but we're having a good time on BillOReilly.com. We're doing honest work and people are responding.

OK, got a lot of good deals for you. Read Killing England if you want a fun read. You'll learn a lot. Don't forget Killing the Rising Sun and the other five killing books. If you buy three gift certificates to give away...oh, there's the World Went Nuclear, it's a kid's book. All right. Kids love that book.

If you buy three gift certificates for membership on BillOReilly.com, you get four books free. We're carrying that over. That was a great Christmas promotion. But you know, it's really worthy, again, helping us to get the word out.

So we'll be back here in Florida tomorrow having a good time. 79 degrees when I came into the studio. In New York it's raining and about 38. Not gloating. I'm lucky to be here. We'll see you again tomorrow.
