BillOReilly.com Premium Members, welcome to the No Spin News, Tuesday January 30th 2018. The State of the Union day. Take your country back.

So a lot to do today, I'm going to give you my State of the Union which is totally apart from President Trump or the opposition. It's going to be delivered by Congressman Joseph Kennedy right after Mr. Trump speaks at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time tonight. At 8:45 I will be on Newsmax TV. Now, I'm going to analyze what's leading up to the speech and I will do that here as well. So you'll be able to hear it on Newsmax TV, big screen, or at billoreilly.com. So we've got a dual thing going then after Mr. Trump's speech and Congressman Kennedy gets through, I'll come back on Newsmax TV and it's Newsmax.com and billoreilly.com same drill. You get it either place. So we're pleased to be doing that commentary this evening.

Now before we get to my State of the Union we have an update on the House Intel memo. So the House Intelligence Committee is looking into the FBI handling of the Russian collusion investigation. And a little bit on the Hillary Clinton e-mail stuff so there's a lot of problems, as you know we've documented them. It's that FBI agents don't like Trump, they said some questionable things, they put them in writing, there were meetings that shouldn't have taken place, all of that.

So the House Intelligence Committee puts together a memo of what they have learned and some of its classified information. I have the gist of the memo for you it's basically this, false information was given by the FBI to a FISA judge, that's Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Judge. And it was given to the judge to get a warrant to tap and listen to a man named Carter Page, who was working for the Trump campaign, this is during the campaign. Got the warrant, Page was tapped, he was surveiled. Wherever Page went and whatever he did, on the phone and internet the Feds heard.

So of course, Page got into contact with lots of people in the Trump campaign. So, the memo written by the House Intelligence Committee members who are Republican says it was illegal to get the memo in the first place. And it was based upon false information provided by the Fusion GPS dossier. I know it's a little confusing here, you know about this dossier. It was a phony document came out of Russia paid for by the Clinton campaign, the Democratic Party, Fusion GPS was the middleman. They gave the information apparently to the FBI, FBI gave it to the judge, judge issued a warrant. It's all illegal it's all terrible. It's pretty big. So that's what's in the memo. And then Republicans will ramp it up like crazy because many Republicans believe this Mueller investigation into quote unquote Trump Russian collusion is a bunch of hooey.

So no matter what happens as we reported and analyze last week from here on in there's a big cloud over the Mueller investigation. Now the left knows this and the left is really fervently praying, if they pray at all, or hoping that Mueller come up with something against Trump so they can get him out of office. That's the bottom line. So if you watch cable TV last night and over the weekend it was hysterical. This memo coming out of the House Intelligence Committee is un-American, it's this, it's that, it's undermining our democracy, it's a Fascist state, it's just garbage, dishonest garbage. I can't watch it. I don't know about you, soon as I hear that stuff, I go click. I rather watch anything, I'd rather watch the Knicks. The memo is important. Now it is a Republican opinion, it is. It's partisan in the sense that it was put together by Republicans but it's pretty damning because it's based on facts. Facts are there. So that's that and the memos going to come out soon could be tomorrow. You know Trump could hold it back but he's not going to because it works to his advantage. So I expect to see that out shortly.

The second thing that's going on and this plays right into this is there is an investigation by the inspector general of the Justice Department. Now that man works for Jeff Sessions, his name is Michael Horowitz. He's not associated with the FBI. He's investigating how the FBI handled the Hillary Clinton e-mail thing and a little bit of the Trump stuff as well. That report is due to be released in March or April. I'm sure we'll have leaks but that's in conjunction with the other thing. By the time all of this gets out, Mueller you know, whatever he says, you know, yeah, yeah, yeah. So that's where we are. OK. And the reaction on the left, they stated is hysterical. They're not interested in the truth and to be honest some Republicans aren't interested in the truth either. They don't want President Trump damaged. I'm interested in the truth and I'll tell you the truth whatever comes out but right now the tide is turned away from Trump collusion into FBI consciously booting two very important investigations. That's the story right now.

OK State of the Union from O'Reilly. Let me get my notes. OK.

Now President Trump will come out there and the Democrats dislike him, they'll be disrespectful, won't stand up. Republicans will be up and applauding. And all that, OK, it's a game. I have to watch it. I'll tell you if anybody does anything I feel that's inappropriate. But do you have to watch it? You know if you want but you've seen them. I don't know, it's all, I'm not going to say propaganda but it's all, everything's going great and when Barack Obama was up there everything was going great. And with Donald Trump everything is going great.

The economy is going pretty well. It's growing fast, jobs being created. People are spending more money which is double edged. It's good for the economy, bad for them. Got to have savings. Got to put some money away. But the economy is on the march and the machine has been unleashed by lower taxes and fewer regulations. This is embarrassing to the Democrats because the Democrats have no economic plan they never have had one. Alright, so Trump's plan seems to be working. Democrats don't know what to do. The latest is that it isn't Trump that has caused the economy to spike. It's President Obama, that it took seven years but he finally did it. Barack Obama did it. That's the latest. Nobody is going to buy that.

Alright, so Trump will get up there and he will say the economy is going well. I concur, not to the extent that he will put it but it is, the economy is doing well and this is important because this is your quality of life, quality of life in America really depends upon discretionary money. What you have to spend to house yourself, to feed yourself, send your children to school, have a nice car to get around, a few vacations. It's quality of life. So if the economy is tough your quality of life goes down. If it's growing your quality of life goes up. That's what Trump has, you know that he's going to make America great again in a number of ways but primarily your quality of life is going to be better. And so far it's worked for him.

Second thing is national security. Now I don't know if Donald Trump understands the big victory that the Pentagon and Defense Secretary Mattis has given him. I don't know if he understands it. In the space of a year less than a year, the United States strategy crushed ISIS in Iraq and Syria where there were based. Now the organization is not done but it is absolutely shattered. I don't know if Trump, you don't hear him talk about that much. And that for me would be number two after the economy. Hey in eight years Barack Obama did bupkis about ISIS. In less than a year, we put a hurt on them. Then you got to go into Afghanistan, not a great situation. Never has been never will be. It's just not a good situation. It's a primitive country and there's plenty of corruption there and there is nothing really we can do about that. So that's not a good story.

Pakistan, finally, President Trump saying, look if you're going to harbor ISIS and Al Qaeda and the Taliban, which Pakistan is doing. They're letting them run around in the northwest territory, up in the mountains. We're not going to give you any money and you're not going to be our friend. We'll tilt toward India, Pakistan and India hate each other. I get into this a little bit, alright because Pakistan has not been a friend to the USA. And if I were president I'd have a very serious conversation with them. Then you go to Russia and China. Russia is always a pain in the you know where. China, hard to say you can't trust them but Trump seems to be able work with them to some extent. China needs the USA and vice versa. And I don't know if I spent a lot of time on that tonight but got to mention. North Korea, it looks like Trump has scared them a little bit, which is what you have to do. We're going to have a funny NBC News, North Korea story after this for you. And Iran, whatever happened to those demonstrations they snuffed them out fast because the secret police and the revolutionary guards went in and got these people and threw him in jail. Iran's a problem, alright now how much Donald Trump wants to get into all of this stuff I'm not sure. I think you just mention to the American people. I mention I think we have the Russia thing under control with Putin. He's always going to be doing espionage. He's always going to be trying to cause trouble. But I don't see a crisis there. Iran you know, we're not going to take much more from the mullahs.

China got to work with them unless they get out of control.

Then immigration and DACA, look Donald Trump's bent over backwards to give the Democratic Party what they want in allowing the Dreamers, people who were brought here as children by their illegal alien parents, you know erode citizenship. I don't know what more Trump can do. In return he asked for money to build the wall, which we absolutely should have and some tougher enforcement on illegal aliens who are still hoping across the border. Seems reasonable to me, just be reasonable. And put the Democrats in a corner, you're not going to support this even though we gave you a good deal on the Dreamers you're not going to support it. You don't want an immigration plan and there are a lot of them that don't want. They want open borders.

Crime, going down. But that's going to stop soon because of the opioid problem. I don't know how much he wants to get into this I know the president's bringing a police officer who adopted some children from drug addicts and saved those kids. He is bringing that man to the State of the Union. Opioid problem has to be dealt with on two levels, one treatment, but if you are a drug addict and you refuse treatment you got to go to jail. You can't be running around, because you're going to commit crimes to feed your habit. And the dealers, now I believe, firmly believe that the drastic drop in crime in America over the past three decades has been because we put the really bad guys in penitentiaries for a long period of time. We took them off the street. In New York City, the quality of life under Rudy Giuliani dropped the crime rate, right through the floor. Quality of life crimes were enforced, jump turn style on the subway? You get punished. Alright, urinate in the street, you get punished. Punishment works. So all of this victim, nonviolent crime, Alright, you're going to go right back to where you were. You've got to have responsibility in the public safety arena. Somebody hurt somebody, they have to pay, somebody hurts the environment, they have to pay. Unless you have anarchy.

Social division here is where the State of the Union is bad. Americans are starting to hate each other. And it's despicable, driven by TV, Internet. Those are the two main offenders. A lot of money to be made by hating the right and the left. You can make a lot of money by doing that because people who are conservative they don't like the Joy Behar's of the world. I don't like Joy Behar, alright, now do I want to see her punished. No. No. But if somebody does something that exposes her, that makes me happy. I think she's bad, a bad person. You just go and take that every day and we don't like each other. it's true, that social division is eroding quality of life in this country. We're becoming a bitter people. Not good. What's the solution to that. Education I guess but most of the educators are left wing people the conservatives don't even have their point of view uttered in high schools and colleges. In fact, if you are conservative you're a pariah, you're attacked in many places. Social division in this country is the worst it's ever been, except for the civil war.

Race and gender, now the left has convinced African-Americans that Trump is a racist and people who voted for Trump are racist as well. I don't believe that, but I know there's a problem. There is a problem, a perception problem. That white supremacy, white privilege has kept African-Americans down. Economies good, more blacks working than ever before. But the problem of fathers not being in a home is still through the roof. Social problems crazy, Trump doesn't like to get involved with that, I have throughout my career and I've paid a price for it. Every time I get into those precincts I'm branded a racist.

And the gender thing is you know intense and the woman's movement is led by the far left. In fact we'll go back and say that in a women's march after the inauguration, they wouldn't let the pro-life women participate. And that says it all. So, the gender thing just falls into the social divisions because it's driven by far-left people, no doubt about it. Again, they're selling a vision of the country that I believe is true. So, we're not all in it together anymore. After 9/11 we were for about a year, until the Iraq thing went south. 9/11 united the country somewhat, but I remember speaking to Al Sharpton's organization I said you know one of the few good things about 9/11 is that blacks and whites came together united against the terrorists and I got booed by some people by saying that in Sharpton's crew. They booed me. I went, am I wrong? Well you know, I don't want to argue. Oh boy. So, we're not all in it together anymore.

Three hundred and 30 million Americans, lot of people. Alabama is about as far away as California as you can get on the planet. Now most Californians see the world in a totally different way than most North Dakotans do. Almost like not the same country but even in California if you go to the Inland Empire, they don't see it the way L.A. and San Francisco see it.

Division, division, division, division, division. I think in the end game that independent clear minded goodhearted Americans want to be secure. They want opportunity for all they want their own opportunity to grow. They don't have malice, although they may be annoyed but they're not looking to hurt people. But we've got some coming together to do here.

So that's my State of the Union address. It's a good time to be American, if you are working and striving up the ladder. It's a bad time to be an American, if you want the country to be united, we are not. Now tonight, President Trump would be wise to keep it on policy, be as reasonable as he can be, backup stuff with facts as much as he can back it up. Not going to convince hearts and minds tonight, it's not what he's going to do, needs to look presidential. I'd lay off the attacks, even against the press. And you'll never get fair coverage which is why I'm actually doing this thing on Newsmax tonight and we'll have it on billoreilly.com as I mentioned. That's why I'm doing it. You're not going to get fair coverage on TV. No way you're going to get, no matter what Trump does in some places is going to be great and no matter what Trump does in other places it's going to be horrible, not here. Strengths and weaknesses. Alright. That's it.

Two more things to tell you about. So Lester Holt is a good guy, I worked with him at Channel 2 in New York, way back when. He was in North Korea and he telling us about North Korea because we don't know anything about North Korea. And he says this, role it.

VIDEO: Lester Holt: "We traveled about four hours east of Pyongyang to visit a ski resort that has significance in the recent talks we've been watching between the North and South over the winter Olympics. This we're told is a place where athletes from the North and South will be training together. We were also invited here, I would suspect because it is not what people expect to see in North Korea, a modern ski resort. It's got patriotic music and videos playing from a screen here and a lot of families out enjoying themselves."

So I have one problem with that Lester. It was staged, alright we have reports that the North Korean government brought all those people in just for Lester and NBC. They buzzed them in because nobody goes to a ski resort, you can't afford it. Forty percent of the population in North Korea, don't have enough to eat, no skis, they can't afford lift tickets, so usually the place is deserted. But the government, knowing that NBC is going to come up there, they buzzed these people in. It's not Lester's fault, although he probably should have been a bit more skeptical about it.

Alright, finally let's go out to Michigan State, alright. So, Michigan State, I'm sorry to do this, to the university but I have to. They got a professor there, alright, who teaches religious studies. And her name, Shreena Gandhi, so Shreena Gandhi putting forth that yoga, yoga, is built on the labor of black people and the people of the Global South. Yoga, is systemic racism, quote, we would argue one of the goals of white supremacy is to buffer white people from the pain that comes in the process of exchanging cultural grounding for the honor and power and privilege of whiteness. It's modern day trend of cultural appropriation of yoga is a continuation of white supremacy and colonialism maintaining the pattern of white people consuming the stuff of culture that is convenient and portable while ignoring the well-being and liberation of Indian people.

OK. So according to Shreena Gandhi, if you are doing yoga you are a white supremacist, because you're not contributing to the liberation of Indian people. Well Indian people are free. India is a free country. OK. So we know that yoga started in those precincts over there but it seems to me to be a compliment to the Indian people that white people, black people, whatever color people find relaxation and good health and yoga. No no no no no.

So this is what I mean when I say take your country back. This woman is being paid by the state of Michigan. Michigan State is a public University, she's teaching and she's insane. Now I don't want to get sued so, her opinion is insane, alright maybe she's very nice. There you go.

Want to do a little mail? We'll do a little mail. I'll do a little mail and doing a little yoga. Yoga is good, it stretches you out. Stretches you out and you get to put this little thing back there and stay. And you got to get limber for the yoga. I can't put the leg back in my neck though.

Alright, Nicholas Biondo. North Babylon, New York. "Bill with all the investigations going on I still don't see anyone going to jail."

Bill: "Hey Nick, you're not going to see anyone going to jail for a long time, political corruption cases take years and years and years and years. They just do. It's a laborious process but you know we have investigations into everything these days."

Jonathan Buchanan. Dallas, Texas. "Can you please explain why Hollywood continues to bash President Trump? Seems everything they do now is based around that premise. They're grossly misinformed but do not seem to care. Last night's Grammy's were embarrassing."

Bill: "It's all about business. Almost from its inception, Hollywood has been a liberal town with the exception of World War II. World War II, Hollywood was very patriotic. And then you'll remember McCarthyism where, there were some communist people in Hollywood and they were blackballed. And that really turned the Hollywood community, the motion picture community to the left because McCarthy was so bad. And now it's about business. So if you want to work and there aren't many jobs in TV and movies, whatever. You can't be conservative. You've got to be out there going Trump's a dope. It's about that.

Vivek S. Raleigh, North Carolina. "The Grammys are a disaster as you said Bill in the ratings. True but millions of kids teens young adults tune in any way and subsequently indoctrinated with the anti-American garbage.

Bill: "Look Vivek, that's true. It is, the indoctrination is tremendous in this country right now. As I said in my State of the Union very, very troubling. But nothing is going to change. You know as parents and grandparents and aunts and uncles we just have to tell the kids what the truth is and back it up. And you got to get Bill O'Reilly premium membership.

Bill Pierce. Jacksonville Beach. I've never been more happy than I am being a premium member as I'm currently on a cruise with little news. But we are able to stream, the No Spin News.

Bill: "Good, and lucky you being on a cruise, Bill. But you know that's the beauty of this. Alright, you get it when you want to get it. We're tlaking to everybody tonight not just premium members. Because, The State of the Union, we wanted to open up for everybody so become a premium member. Get this stuff every day, really enhance your life. It'll help make you feel better too."

Carole Kahn. Orrstown, Pennsylvania. "Bill we love the podcast there's no other place on earth we can get the truth and no bias. We watch you every night and we are telling all our friends and family to become premium members.

Bill: "Thank you very much. We do need that."

Jermaine H. Vermilion, Ohio. "Bill the weirdest thing I ever saw in my Catholic Church was a guy who brought a Chihuahua and held it all during the mass.

Bill: "I got a lot of mail on not complaint but my exposition when I went to church last Sunday. Woman next to me is texting throughout the mass and people are bringing water in and chewing gum and it's like I'm not getting it.

Charles Fish. Colonial Heights, Virginia. "Just finished Killing England. This book should be a textbook for American History 101 required reading. You touched on some of the sign as a declaration. It should be a book on all of them.

Bill: "There are some books about the signers. But it's such a vast crew. Very hard to get a handle on all of them. The beauty of Killing England is that it sets you up for what's happening today in this country. Because you know what the intent was of Washington and Jefferson and Franklin and others, Hancock and John Adams, all what the intent, what kind of country they wanted. And what they did to make it happen. Tremendous sacrifices. When you know that then it's easy to put, easier to put into perspective crazy stuff that's going on. This is right. This is wrong. This is good for the country. This is bad. You know I continue to say that the Democratic Party, there's nothing wrong with dissent. Nothing wrong with not liking Donald Trump. That's fine but put forth the better idea. Open borders is not a better idea. Blanket amnesty is not a better idea. The Barack Obama economy of income redistribution, not a better idea. So if you have a better idea and you hate Trump or the Republicans get it out there, that's what will make the country great again.”
