As we predicted, President Trump is extending negotiations with Iran for two weeks.  On April 6th, I said “Now, the president reiterated that the end of Tuesday, tomorrow, if he doesn't have some kind of deal with Iran that involves nuking, that he'll bomb their electrical grid, take them out. They won't have any communications. I believe that might be extended. The Tuesday deadline might be extended.”

As part of the deal, Iran will now open Hormuz so shipping can resume.  That’s a significant victory for the USA.

The reason I can predict Mr. Trump’s actions is that I know him so well.  Four weeks ago, in a late-night phone call, I spoke with him about the Mullahs.  He clearly wanted a settlement rather than violence.

Going forward, I expect Iran to agree to nuke inspections, and that should be that.

Many lessons learned here.  See you for the No Spin News Wednesday evening.
