For many years, Rep Maxine Waters of California has been an outspoken liberal voice in Washington, highlighting the oppression she believes black Americans experience here. Yesterday, Rep Waters blasted President Trump and called him "dangerous" for African Americans and the U.S. Tonight we'll explain what she meant by this and discuss whether she has a point with radio commenter Jamila Bey.

In our Impact Segment, we'll talk more about the Justice Department saying it will stop granting federal money to jurisdictions around the country that don't obey the nation's immigration laws. One of the first counties to go toe-to-toe with Trump over this is Travis County, Texas. Tonight we'll speak with a state representative from the county who supports this sanctuary policy.
