If a Factor gear item doesn't meet the FTC "Made in USA" requirement of 100% US material and labor we will list the country of origin breakdown. It is unfortunate that we can no longer be "Made in USA" exclusively as we once were but with the migration of many items (if not entire industries) offshore, coupled with tight credit & limited inventories as well as cost competitiveness & resulting quality issues for some items domestically we just can't be anymore.
