Wednesday: More Hillary Clinton Emails Released
Clinton Email Scandal Update
Guests: Tom Fitton & Judge Andrew Napolitano
300 pages of newly released emails are raising questions about quid pro quo relationships between Clinton Foundation staffers and the Clinton State Department.

Bolling set up the story: Doug Band, a top Clinton Foundation official, asked the State Department, specifically Huma Abedin, for access to a Lebanese man, presumably to do business with him.

Fitton, the president of Judicial Watch, pointed out that Mrs. Clinton, who promised to stay out of Clinton Foundation business in order to get confirmed, violated that ethics agreement almost immediately. To him, the bottom line is that the Clinton Foundation was granted special access to the upper reaches of Hillary Clinton's State Department.

Judge Napolitano contended this was part of a regular and consistent pattern of foreign governments and persons coming to the State Department and asking for formal favors, followed by huge contributions being made to the Clinton Foundation and huge speaking fees paid to Bill Clinton.

Bolling reported that Bill Clinton's speaking fees went up during his wife's tenure at the State Department.
Focusing on Clinton's Emails
Guest: David Tafuri
Peter Schweizer, the author of "Clinton Cash," has said he knows the FBI is currently investigating the Clinton Foundation.

Bolling argued that if you conducted the kind of shady dealings that we're finding out about between the Clinton Foundation and the State Department in the business world, you'd go to jail.

Tafuri, a former State Department official, disagreed and said there's nothing unethical or new in these recently released emails. He put forth that James Comey and the FBI already concluded there's nothing illegal about them, and stressed the distinction between the Clinton's personal finances and their charitable foundation.
Responding to Latest Trump Controversy
Guests: Katrina Pierson & Ashley Pratte
The left isn't letting up on Donald Trump's 2nd Amendment comments, but in 2008, Hillary Clinton herself was accused at hinting at violence towards her primary opponent Barack Obama when she said Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June and therefore she wouldn't drop out of the race.

Republican strategist Ashley Pratte refused to defend either comment, but she maintained Hillary's comment was much different than that of Donald Trump. She stated her opinion: A president's words are incredibly important, so when Trump's language is as loose as it is, it is indefensible and dangerous.

Trump spokesperson Katrina Pierson jumped into the debate and said the campaign responded immediately clarifying his statements. She promised that Trump is not going to stop talking about the Supreme Court and the 2nd Amendment.

Bolling concluded that Hillary Clinton herself had to clarify her comment in 2008 and apologize, so for her to criticize Trump's poor word choice is hypocritical.
Taking Heat from Republicans
Guest: Monica Crowley
50 Republicans signed an open letter this week saying Trump would put our national security at risk. Former NSA and CIA director Gen. Michael Hayden appeared on CNN and called Trump "a clear and present danger."

Monica asserted that Democrats never do this; they always come together to win or at the very least shut up. She said most of these Republicans are Bush administration officials, so we need to take this with a grain of salt because they have an agenda.

Bolling wondered if it was smart for a four-star general to be calling the potential future president dangerous.

On the topic of Trump's struggles with female voters, Monica declared the gender gap generally favors Democrats, but she would like to see the GOP start defining strong economic growth, putting Americans back to work, rebuilding our military, and defeating Islamic terror as women's issues.
Unfair Media Coverage of Trump?
Guest: Tim Graham
The Media Research Center found the morning and evening news dedicated more than five times the coverage to Trump's 2nd Amendment comment than it did to the Orlando shooter's father showing up at a Hillary Clinton rally.

Graham named CBS as having particularly skewed coverage, and he said the newspaper coverage of these two stories is similar to what we're seeing on TV news.

In Bolling's estimation, it's more egregious that the media is burying a negative Hillary Clinton story than it is that they are highlighting a negative Donald trump story.
Ending Sanctuary Cities
Guest: Senator Pat Toomey
In Philadelphia, a sanctuary city, a 45-year-old illegal immigrant from Honduras, who was deported in 2009, came back and got arrested last month for raping a child.

Sen. Toomey said eliminating sanctuary cities allows you to grab these bad guys. He reported that ICE didn't want this guy in the country and asked the local police department to hold him, but this policy tied their hands. He called the sanctuary city policy a security risk for all of us.

Bolling reiterated that law enforcement want to turn these bad guys over, but are told not to because of the politics.
