Joe Biden for President
"With the FBI now investigating Hillary Clinton's email shenanigans, Vice President Biden is ramping up to challenge her for the Democratic presidential nomination. How do we know this? First, Mr. Biden met with President Obama yesterday and it leaked out that the president has no problem with Joe making the run. The president and the vice president are close personal friends, and it is almost inconceivable that Mr. Obama would not endorse Joe Biden over Hillary Clinton, with whom he has a distant relationship. Also, Mr. Biden has been meeting with advisors and money men in addition to Democratic stalwarts like Senator Elizabeth Warren. If he does run, Biden will have to announce soon. Talking Points believes he will be in the race. That being said, once he does commit he will be hammered, and there's plenty of ammunition. As far as Hillary Clinton is concerned, things may get even worse. The email evidence made public so far is pretty much enough to indict her on a misdemeanor national security beef. If the FBI discovers she had her e-mail server professionally scrubbed, then the former secretary of state could be looking at a felony charge. Bottom line, any charges against Hillary Clinton will take her out of the race and Joe Biden knows it. So we have high drama. And the presidential race is just getting started."

The Factor invited reaction from political observers Mathew Littman and Jeanne Zaino. "I do think Hillary Clinton is suffering from real fatigue this summer," Zaino said. "People are frustrated and fed up, and the most shocking moment in this campaign on the Democratic side was when Josh Earnest came out yesterday and praised Joe Biden. He said the best thing Barack Obama ever did politically was nominate Joe Biden as vice president." Nevertheless, Littman theorized that President Obama will never choose between Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton. "I don't believe the president will endorse, there is nothing in it for him. Biden may not even be in the race, but if it's Hillary against Biden, I don't think Obama will endorse anyone." The Factor pointed out that Joe Biden will win any personality contest: "Biden comes across as a nicer guy in public, he comes across as an affable guy up against frosty Hillary Clinton. But I think Hillary Clinton has the money and the power to win the primary if she is not indicted."
More Trouble for the Abortion Industry
An anti-abortion group has released still another undercover video, this one showing an executive with a stem cell company joking about fetuses and body parts. "I think the video is gruesome," Democrat Nomiki Konst conceded, "and the woman is out of her mind to be joking about these kinds of things. The company is no longer affiliated with Planned Parenthood, but I'm not against an investigation into this." Extrapolating from the video, Republican Monica Crowley indicted the entire left wing of the Democratic Party. "We have now had eight videos showing Planned Parenthood executives laughing and joking while discussing the harvesting and sale of baby parts. All of this points to the barbarism and nihilism of the left in general and the abortion industry in particular."
Planned Parenthood's Legal Troubles
Planned Parenthood is reportedly contemplating legal action against The Center for Medical Progress, the anti-abortion group that taped and released the damning undercover videos. The Factor asked legal analysts Lis Wiehl and Kimberly Guilfoyle to opine. "Planned Parenthood says a lawsuit is a possibility," Wiehl reported, "but the anti-abortion group says they followed all applicable laws. They also say that Planned Parenthood has a lot to lose in the discovery phase of any lawsuit." Guilfoyle turned to Minneapolis, where a young man named Abdullahi Yusuf, who wanted to join ISIS, was given a slap on the wrist by a judge. "He pled guilty to providing material support, but he was sent to a halfway house so he didn't have to be in jail. This is supposed to be meant to rehabilitate him."
Nudity in New York City
Times Square in New York City is being overrun by topless women wearing only body paint, which is legal under current law. The Factor asked Fox Business Network host John Stossel for his libertarian perspective. "Anybody should be able to do what they want on private property," he said, "but on public property it is a conflict. I'm fine with topless, but other people obviously are not. What if they want to have sex in public? You do need rules for the public square." The Factor argued that New York City should enact and enforce laws against public nudity: "This is the most popular tourist site in New York, with thousands of children and families from around the world. They don't want to see this, so I say the city should zone this. Life in New York City is totally out of control now."
How Will the Media Treat Biden?
The Factor asked Bernie Goldberg whether the media will handle Joe Biden with kid gloves if the vice president decides to challenge Hillary Clinton. "Reporters desperately want Joe Biden to announce," Goldberg surmised, "because journalism thrives on confrontation. And despite the crowds he's drawing, Bernie Sanders isn't quite the opposition they want. So they are salivating over the possibility of a food fight between Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton. President Obama has apparently given his blessings to Joe Biden, and I think journalists who are still enthralled by Barack Obama may be influenced by that." The Factor added, "Barack Obama likes Joe Biden, but I don't think he likes Hillary Clinton very much."
Black Lives Matter Controversy
Greg Gutfeld and Bernard McGuirk joined The Factor with their take on a new poll showing that most Americans are offended by the phrase 'Black Lives Matter.' "We've reached a point in life where we're having polls about which lives matter," Gutfeld groused. "This is scary and apocalyptic, and I'm sure they would never take a poll about whose life matters with the unborn." McGuirk reported that many black Americans are also turned off by the phrase and the group of the same name. "Black people understand that police are the last line of defense between anarchy and safety, they're the people who depend on the police the most. This Black Lives matter stuff started with the 'hands up, don't shoot' lie, and it implies that cops are bad and don't think black lives matter. Black Lives Matter is mostly funded by guilty white liberals."

Factor Words of the Day
Mary DeAngelo, Bronx NY: "Bill, you mentioned about immigrants having civil rights. I believe that if someone is committing a crime, they shouldn't have any rights."

Nancy Barnes, Gilbert, AZ: "Mr. O'Reilly, you and Charles Krauthammer bloviate when you characterize Mr. Trump's position on illegal immigration. He does not advocate mass deportation."

Bob Gallike, Sunrise, FL: "Even though illegal immigrants cannot be rounded up and deported, it's refreshing to hear a political candidate say they should be."
Trump, Kelly, & Loyalty
Fox News boss Roger Ailes has criticized Donald Trump, who continued his feud with Megyn Kelly by sending out some nasty tweets. Bill's analysis: "I'm friends with both of them, they both bring things to America that are worthy and positive. Miss Megyn has taken the high road by not responding; Donald Trump should cease; and Roger Ailes is a stand-up guy."
